Changed forum skin
After New Year / Christmas holidays I back to old skin. I also added some icons. I hope you'll like it. However some files maybe missed, so if you get message that some of page is missing, please send me pm with error message and I'll fix error. Also we have a problem with some settings in the User Control Panel. Some functions are not accessible. I have no way to fix it in this moment, because it is problem with phpBB 3.0.4. I hope that in 3.0.5 problem will be fixed. Problem is uncompatibility between phpBB 3.0.4 and server PHP 5.x
